Accessing Windows 10 Hyper V Docker instance from external

Expected behavior

Other computers in the real network can access services running on my HyperV Docker VM
(Firewall is disabled)

Actual behavior

Cannot access “docker” nor “docker.local” nor the IPV6 i got from “ping docker.local” externally.

Information

Please provide basic instructions for people who are not pro in HyperV Configuration to enable access for others.
Or tell what should actually work.

The easiest way would be to use the netsh portforward commands from Accessing Container from the local Network
