Can someone explain this in future detail: Allow administrators to deploy containers on UCP managers or nodes running DTR

So if you uncheck this does this mean you will not be able to create UCP and DTR containers? What is the best practice on checking and unchecking this box?

No. Those 2 checkboxes control who can create any containers on the Docker nodes in your cluster that are running a UCP Manager or DTR.
