How did you try to install it? Have you try to search for the error message? I found a similar one
It seems that people who experienced this error tried to install Docker Desktop using home brew. So you can try to download the file from the Docker’s website and install manually.
I try ro install manually and also using home brew all ways give me the same error
Then I recommend creating an issue on GitHub as well. All I found so far indicated that manually opening the dmg file or running the command mentioned on GitHub would help

please make sure your Mac system meets the minimum requirement for installing Docker. And also your mac has enough disk space to install the Docker.
