I am still unable to login by using Ubuntu’s terminal (version 18.04 LTS).
Alternatively, I can log into my Docker Hub Repository page by using a browser (Firefox).
The credentials (username/password) I use was the same at both cases:
When I try to login, the hub.docker gives a timeout error:
$ sudo docker login

try to call directly api registry :
curl https://registry-1.docker.io/v2/
if you get no answer (timeout) like docker login, you need to resolv your security iptables laws to access registry-1.docker.io on port 443

Hi, thanks for your help.
Unfortunately, the curl gives the following message:
$ curl https://registry-1.docker.io/v2/
{“errors”:[{“code”:“UNAUTHORIZED”,“message”:“authentication required”,“detail”:null}]}

Hi, ppottie:
Yes, to my understanding, I need to login before I can pull/push from/to the repository.
The period of my trial ended on June 3, 2019.
To continue the use of docker uninterrupted, I subscribed the service on June 3, however docker has never sent me a new DOCKER-EE-URL.
I can’t find my new credential from the (https://hub.docker.com/u/wchengbr/content ) neither.
Without a new DOCKER-EE-URL, I will not be able to update my Installation.
The reason I can’t login, I suspect, is because I am using an expired credential (DOCKER-EE-URL).
