Can't start Docker on MacOS Ventura, M1. Complains of HV support

Running Ventura 13.4.1 on an M1 Mac Mini, Docker complains of “Incompatible CPU detected”, and that it requires a processor capable of hypervisor support. Hypervisor marker returns 1, so we’re all good there. I downloaded the correct version, the one labeled for Apple Silicon.

Can anyone give me a clue? Because this makes zero sense.

Where did you download it from? I guess from here:

I downloaded from the main page. That download worked. I guess I put too much faith in the official main Docker website. Haha.
