Expected behavior
Typing the Command-Q keyboard shortcut should always quit the front most application. The front most application has a Main Menu Bar in the upper left of the Mac menu.
Actual behavior
Typing Command-Q will quit the front most application correctly unless a Docker window, such as About or Preferences, has been opened. This is a minor issue.
Information
Most Mac applications that run in the Menu Bar do not supply keyboard shortcuts.
Steps to reproduce the behavior
- Open TextEdit
- Select “About” from the Docker Menu
- Type Command-Q
- Docker Quits. Other applications would either produce a system beep or do nothing.
