cannot mount volume over existing file, file exists /var/lib/docker/overlay2/8570b777900c20886998a34de79d24cea442c5aa010a10a35fc7285561c66ae1/merged/usr/share/zoneinfo/UTC
PS: i can’t remove this file

check your last commit, and update your image
