Docker Cloud Swarm deploys 17.03

Expected behavior

When the Docker Swarm create a new cluster and I select the stable channel, it shows that it will deploy the 17.06.

Actual behavior

After the cluster is created and I connect to the swarm, the 17.03 version is deployed rather than 17.06.
