Docker Console.log: DHCPv4 failure: timed out while listening for replies

I’ve noticed in ~/Library/Containers/Docker/Data/log/vm/console.log, there are repeated messages of a DHCP failure. I cannot tell what service / configuration / process is causing this message. Is there a way to trace the source of this error?
