Docker container running on port 9005 on the host cannot connect

I run ubuntu 2104 and got a docker container listening on 9005 .

docker ps -a show

CONTAINER ID. PORTS
3404eb084075 0.0.0.0:9005–>tcp, :::9005—>9005/tcp

when i do netstat -nlp --tcp on the ubuntu host , I see

0.0.0.0:9005 Listening

but i cannot connect to the port

I turned off and disable ubuntu firewall already

any idea?
