Docker desktop windows containers - Unable to access container port through VPN

Hello,

Is anyone able to access container app through VPN (Cisco Anyconnect VPN). Everything works good without VPN.

E.g
http://localhost:5000 - doesn’t work in VPN

Docker version - Docker version 19.03.12 , windows containers
Host OS - Windows 10 Pro
