One of the things I really miss is a PDF version for the official documentation. While the website layout for the docs is extremely good in organizing content, I really would like a PDF version.

As of now there is no pdf version available but if you want to documentation available for offline reading, you can clone the docker github repo and checkout the docs and execute make docs to get the offline copy of http://docs.docker.com served from a docker container.
