Docker EE on Win Server 2019 - LCOW Side by Side

I want to know:

  1. Is there a docker gui on windows server 2019 for docker enterprise?
  2. the experimental feature on docker enterprise, what is include and how to activate it (with powershell comand)?

I need linux and windows container side by side in production!
Is it possible and is it possible without linuxkit?
Linuxkit is no longer developed.

PS: I only use windows! So host system must be windows server.
