Docker "exec /usr/bin/sh: permission denied" when starting my container

I have my Image and when i run docker with the below command

**docker run   --security-opt=no-new-privileges --security-opt apparmor=docker-default --userns host   --restart=always -d -p 172.20.222.112:8105:8105/tcp   \**
**--name mosambee_live \**
**-v /etc/localtime:/etc/localtime:ro \**
**-v /app/docker_logs/mpos/tomcat/:/usr/local/apache-tomcat-9.0.84/logs \**
**-v /app/docker_logs/mpos/mposlogs/:/usr/local/mposLogs/ mosambeelive**

and i get permission denied error can anyone suggest a wat forward for this.

Are you using Docker or Docker root-less?

Is a specific user/group set in Dockerfile of application?
