I am having ongoing issues running the Docker desktop app for Windows 10. I start the Docker instance using Admin right (run as admin) and then right click the docker icon in the tray and select “switch to windows container” and then the Docker instance shows “Docker Engine Starting” for 1+ minutes. And then the following error pop up in a window. I downloaded the Docker instance from the docker.com website and since then I am getting this error. I also looked around for the panic file in the ProgramData/Docker, but there was no panic file! Please help!!!
