Docker for Windows/Mac - seee USB devices in a container

On Linux is it quite easy - privileged mode and /dev/bus/usb:/dev/bus/usb volume mount. VirtualBox also had some extensions to enable USB devices. Do Win and Mac VMs have smth like this? I failed to find anything for Windows…
