How do I identify if an image, such as Docker, is at risk of disappearing?

Only private images could disappear from the free team.
See my last two responses where I also quoted the official response.
For anyone who finds this topic: although my last response was right, I found out that it only means that public images will be available fo downloading, but you need to ask the support to migrate the free team organization to a free personal account so you can also push to the repository.
