Docker Pull Error: failed to do request docker registry

Error response from daemon: failed to resolve reference "docker.io/library/hello-world:latest": failed to do request because Docker Desktop has no HTTPS proxy: connecting to registry-1.docker.io:443: A non-recoverable error occurred during a database lookup.

Hi community, I tried to run docker pull hello-world but I’m getting this error continusouly.
Hope for your help, thanks in advance.

Are you using a corporate network enforcing proxy use? Is it correctly set?

Are you in a country blocked by the servers because of legal constraints?
