Docker Service not found / Docker is not installed

Hi,

The following error is appearing when i start the CreateBCSandbox.ps1 in Windows Powershell. I use Powershell as a admin. Does anybody have a solution for this?

Host is Microsoft Windows 10 Pro - 1803
Docker Service not found / Docker is not installed
