Docker ubuntu apt repo is down?

Hello,

Is the Index of linux/ubuntu/ actually down?

After instanciating a new VM and adding Index of linux/ubuntu/ to the apt repo list i’m getting this error:

The following signatures couldn’t be verified because the public key is not available: NO_PUBKEY 7EA0A9C3F273FCD8.

This process has always worked before.
