I am trying to Dockerizing the .net framework in to windows docker container. but in the local system using docker compose file it is working if the visual studio is on (project is on) ones the visual studio is closed the compose file is down it not getting. i am using the oracle database is there anybody can help to create a oracle instance in docker file for windows docker container.
