An image pull for rancher/server:v1.6.26 does work for me, and I do see the image tag listed at https://hub.docker.com/r/rancher/server/tags. It’s possible there’s a firewall of some type between where you are attempting the pull or run, and Docker Hub, where the more formal address is registry-1.docker.com.
