Global link address is not assigned to docker bridge

in a docker bridge dockerbr: flags=4163<UP,BROADCAST,RUNNING,MULTICAST> mtu 1450
inet 172.16.1.1 netmask 255.255.0.0 broadcast 172.16.255.255
inet6 fddd::1:1 prefixlen 96 scopeid 0x0
inet6 fe80::a83a:7aff:fe98:53d prefixlen 64 scopeid 0x20

when we start docker 25.0.2 os : NAME=“Oracle Linux Server” VERSION=“8.8” we do not get inet6 fe80::a83a:7aff:fe98:53d prefixlen 64 scopeid 0x20 we can get this address if we manually assign it to interface and restart what configuration i am missing for this version as it works fine till 24.x
