How can I recover my account when username and e-mail are not sending lost password e-mail?

I had to create this new account, because for some reason, my first account that I had stored in Keepass, username: vertigosystems was not allowing me to login.
I did try all the password reset processes and entered nearly every e-mail address I can think of, I’m suspecting I misspelled the email address when signing up at that time.
Is there some way to recover that account?

Not sure if this is the correct forum group, but I did see others who were able to be helped by posting in here.
