How to install Docker for Mac stable using only command line?

We often install or ugrade Docker for Mac (Docker.app) using GUI or brew (Homebrew).

However, launching the application, we will ask prompted for administrator privileges to install networking Components on GUI.

In other words, we cannot install Docker for Mac only on the command line.

I am in trouble because I can not automate the setting.
If anyone knows how to install Docker for Mac with command line only, please tell us.
