HTTP 429 when pushing multiplatform images

I’m getting HTTP 429 rate limit errors for simple image tag and tag alias pushes.

ERROR: unexpected status from HEAD request to https://registry-1.docker.io/v2/n4jm4/tinyrick/manifests/sha256:8fb7afd6a82b569e27270454538efd9748f55bd33bdeb5b3a4cdeda19c4edebf: 429 Too Many Requests

error: unable to tag image

Paid for a team subscription and moved the images to the team org. No change in behavior.

Applied a team org token. No change in behavior.

Set max-concurrent-uploads to 1 in ~/.docker/daemon.json. No change in behavior.

Restarted Docker Desktop. Confirmed “Team” label appears on Docker Desktop GUI. No change in behavior.

The advertised rate limits are “Unlimited” for paid subscriptions.

Hi Andrew - Its hard to pinpoint what is exactly wrong with your setup - you are correct in that
your account should not experience rate limits - could you please open a support ticket with Docker support which is included in your subscripion? The support team will have all your account info, can see logs etc, to quickly pinpoint what is going on, which folks on this forum cannot.

thanks in advance.
