I am able to install docker for windows CE (enables Hyper-V) on Windows 10 Pro 1709 with a single user, Administrator. But when trying to join domain, and use other user login, docker will not start. It errors with message below. I have followed suggestions from articles local firewall disabled, no antivirus software, run as administrator, remap .vhdx, reset defaults, traverse through public folders (clicking Continue), etc, etc. Nothing seems to work. Users are in the local administrator group (and docker users group). So frustrating. Anyone have a clear suggestion?
