Is it possible configure Docker for mac through files or command line?

Hi, we have different processes that install docker automatically in the developers machines, we want to start to use docker for mac, but we need to auto-configure insecure registries and mirrors,

  • Is it possible do it through command line or config file ?
  • How can we reset or restart docker for mac from command line ?
