Issue in Docker build CMD

Hi guys, this is my Dockefile,

FROM siddharth67/node_cassandra
WORKDIR /microservice
RUN npm install
EXPOSE 1010
CMD [“node”, “server.js”]

when I run it I get this error,
> $ docker build -t test_docker_node:1.0 .

I have tried an other command to build and I get this error, any solution is appreciated.
$ cat Dockerfile
