has anybody experienced the following behavior? I didn’t file it as an issue, because it’s apparently (we tried) irreproducable and yet unavoidable on one individual laptop, even after a complete Windows reinstall.
From within a docker container, ping server.com will lose all packages. At the same time any download wget server.com/file.ext from the same server will succeed.
Thoughts to understand the problem are appreciated. I for one will switch machines. If You can reproduce the behavior, we should file an issue on GitHub.
