'Logs...' menu item should open logs in Console.app

Expected behavior

Selecting the ‘Logs…’ option from the Docker menubar opens Docker logs in OS X’s native Console.app.

Actual behavior

Selecting the ‘Logs…’ option from the Docker menubar opens a Finder window at the log location (~/Library/Containers/com.docker.docker/Data/Logs/).

Steps to reproduce the behavior

  1. Select ‘Logs…’ from the Docker menubar icon.
