Long Startup Time for containers with Docker Desktop for Mac OS

I have a docker compose recipe that actually runs pretty well, but it takes quite a long time (minutes) for one of the containers to start up.

The docker-compose.yml file in pretty long. Most of the services startup quickly, with the one that seems to be problematic being an nginx container that is also built with php-fpm, and which depends on another container and mysql_db service.

The tail-end of the docker-compose up is this:

Seems a little curious that some of the delay is with the postgres database where there is the error/warning regarding globat.stat.

I am running Docker Desktop 3.3.0 on Mac Catalina OS 10.15.7 (19H524)
