Navigating to /usr/local/var/postgres database location in bash terminal to set up Resources - file sharing

Hi, Can anyone assist - I need to navigate to /usr/local/var/postgres from Docker Preferences - Resources - File sharing (or can I restore the installation settings to get this folder up)?
