Port entered [blocking/forwarding/disabled] state

Hello,

since yesterday I noticed lots of these messages:

in my syslog.
I see many of these messages (20-100) in close timely proximity and then a period of silence of many ours. Then these messages appear again.

What could be the reason for this?
The system is Debian 9.

No ideas?
I am happy to do further research myself, but I don’t know where to look.
