Protect docker image from reverse engineering?

`

I want to protect docker image from reverse engineering , Is there any option available ?

Fortunately I don’t think so. If you want to create an application that is not open source and don’t want your competitors to see how it was created, build your application in C or GoLang and copy the binary into the image.

Although I am not sure what you mean by reverse enineering. An image is just a template to run a container from it. If you run it, you are able to see everything inside it. You can also copy the content out of a container even if it is stopped. A Docker image also has metadata containing the history of the image which is a list of commands. One command for each layer that created it.
