Publish Port without it being exposed to the ELB

Expected behavior

Id like to be able to publish a service port, that will only be available on the private ec2 network.

Actual behavior

When publishing a service port it is always setup in the ELB and are is therefore available outside the private network.

Additional Information

Would be nice to be able to choose an internal load balancer for the ELB for select ports.
