Resumable download technology has already been invented in the previous century, yet, a progressive tool like Docker does not support it. Really?
Not everyone lives in a world were multi-megabyte streaming bandwidth is available. For a big part of the world, downloading is still a slow and long and expensive experience. Having to restart that same download does not only waste my time, but also costs me real money.
Please, please, please Docker devs. Please try to make my experience with Docker the same as yours, otherwise it just might become toooooo expensive for use for a lot of us.
