So I am trying to get macvlan working consistently on my synology which hates anything using port 80 or 443, so i created a macvlan new IP and attached that to the docker for nextcloud using the following-
docker network create -d macvlan --subnet=192.168.1.0/24 --gateway=192.168.1.1 --ip-range=192.168.1.96/27 -o parent=eth0 bridged_lan
docker run -d --network=bridged_lan --ip=192.168.1.96 --restart=always -p 4443:4443 -p 443:443 -p 80:80 -v /volume1/docker/nextcloudplus :/data --name nextcloudplus ownyourbits/nextcloudpi-x86 $DOMAIN
but when I try to do the same on another synology - my test machine, it comes up device busy and when I rebooted the machine it worked on it failed with the same error. I’m bummed because I really need to use docker in a wide variety of ways on this machine and it is just not working for me on this machine. Help?
