Unable to connect to

I have a build at, fetching some binaries from a specific Debian snapshot. The hostname fails to resolve for some reason which breaks the build.

Is there a chance one of the Docker Hub IP address got blacklisted? I’ve been trying for 2 days and still no success. The build does pass from my local machine though.

Anything I could try to resolve at least temporarily the issue?
