I’ve been happily running docker for couple of years on windows 10 pro (64 bit)…recently got prompted to upgrade docker but the upgrade failed to install…got stuck on the downloading part and I killed. Thereafter I downloaded latest from https://store.docker.com/editions/community/docker-ce-desktop-windows and once again it got stuck. I tried all the usual tricks…waiting half an hour, disabling anti-v, windows defender, rebooting a couple of times but still no joy.
Rolled back to a previous version 18.03.0 and worked a charm:
