Unexpected wsl error

I am using windows 11 to install Docker, Docker stopped, " unexpected error occurred while executing WSL command" I shut wsl down, install reinstall no change,

Same problem here. Many topics open on the issue for a couple years now and no solution so far. I have tried reinstalling everything and several other potential solutions, but nothig worked so far. Help
