Use $USER_ID on image build

Hi community !

Is it possible to use $USER_ID value directly on image build ?

I try to use Android SDK on Docker container, but the SDK licenses is all accepeted with root, and i can’t use SDK because the current user is $USER_ID.

Anyone have already use SDK licenses without root user ?
