Hi, I recently upgraded my local machine from i7 12600H 16GB 500GB to i9 13900H 32GB 1TB with Windows 11 on both, made similar installation (Windows 11 + WSL2 Debian + Laradock) and now my console tests run slower 3x. For the experiment I launch one simple test (without using DB) 1K times. On old it runs about 1 minute and on new it runs about 3-4 minutes.
I tried different settings of WSL resources (processors, ram) and much more things, nothing changes. Also tried ArchLinux as WSL alternative, still no result.
Also tried running my containers directly from Windows - it is even worser.
As I can see my CPU not used more than 20% at the time of testing and before start there is a significant pause of about half of a minute. On old machine this pause less than 10 secs.
Docker versions:
- old machine 25.0.2
- new machine 26.0.2
Now I don’t know what to do, I bought new machine to decrease testing time and have some free resources.
