After update can´t connect to SQL container

Hello,
after update of docker I can´t connect to sql database. Before update I used in microsoft sql management studio IP 10.0.75.1,15789 to connect now this does not work. When I open docker new interface there is a info abaut containers in section of port is localhost:15789 in managment studio this IP works fine but I need to connect from my Hyper-V virtual machine. So I need help how to fix it or find another way how to reach the database from VM.
