Automatic squash for docker hub builds

I would like to move to Docker hub for building our images however have a bit of a snag.

We use https://github.com/jwilder/docker-squash to squash our images down to a saner size saving up to 50% of total image size.

Has there been any though on adding optional squash support to Docker hub builds?
