Hi sorry to bother i’m new with docker and i whould ask if it is possible to use it to run a container that simulate a SO on a rasbarry pi5 with ros2 jazzy (like with a virtual machine);

There is nothing wrong in asking for guidance 
Though, this is one of the cases where just knowing docker mechanics won’t be enough. I am afraid you will need to wait for someone who actually uses this setup, sees your post, and is willing to share their solution. Be prepared that it might take time to get an answer, or maybe no answer at all.
I remember that we had a couple of ros2 posts in the forum in the past but don’t recall how they ended.
Did you check the official doc?
