That restriction is an anti-spam/junk-post check, to reduce the likelihood of drive-by spammers and scammers. As you use the site more, your account will have fewer restrictions with respect to content.
I figured as much. I asked my question in the hope that a human could see I’m not a spammer and make an exception for me. I don’t plan on becoming active on this forum.
