Hi guys,
I am attempting to upgrade my plan from Personal to Pro, however I receive error “Bad Request” after entering correct credit card details.
When I inspect the page I can see two failed request:
- GET to https://hub.docker.com/api/billing/v4/accounts/.../ with error “account not found”
- PUT to https://hub.docker.com/api/billing/v4/accounts/.../ with error “Invalid email provided”
Note, I replaced the hash of my account with three dots in the request path.
I was already contacting support but I didn’t receive any response for a long time.
Any ideas?
