I’m currently subscribed to the monthly Pro plan, and I was wondering if there’s an option to change my billing date. I only see the option to switch to annual billing, but I don’t see a way to adjust the billing date for my monthly subscription.
Is there any way to modify this, or would I need to cancel and resubscribe on my preferred date? Any guidance would be greatly appreciated.
Can you explain what is the problem with the subscription and billing date? Would you like to extend your subscription by two weeks for example and cancel it? Or is the problem that the date when you need to pay for the next month is on a day when you are busy or don’t always have enough money on the used bank account?
I’m not aware of any automated way, so if you want to be able to pay on another day, only Docker support can help you probably.
