Configuring automated build using API

Is it possible to configure an automated build using API V2?

I am able to create a new repository in GitHub and in DockerHub using their APIs. I would like to configure an automated build in DockerHub based on the GitHub repository releases. Is this possible or is the manual way using DockerHub the only option?
